About the room
We are looking for a female roommate in a two bedroom apartment (1 bathroom, 1st floor with a balcony, unit no-201, 10141 83 Ave NW) to rent a room immediately.
The living room (furnished and separated as a room by a separator) for 4 months’ lease (can be extended after 4 months).
Rent $310 (heat and water included).
Please note that the rooms and the living room are not shared.

The apartment is right next to Whyte Ave with accessibility to lots of buses (4, 8, 94, 7, 57, etc.) to university, downtown, NAIT, West Edmonton Mall, etc.

It is only 5 minutes away by walk from grocery and convenience stores like Farmer’s Market, Organic Planet, Shopper’s Drug Mart, Dollarama, and No-Frills.

Current roommates are grad students.
4. All utilities (internet and electricity) are to be shared among the three tenants, approx. $40-45 each.
- One parking is provided. Kitchen appliances are shared. Laundry is in the building.
Security deposit is $200.
