#OfferingHousing: unfurnished room for rent in second floor of a house for a single person (no couples, sorry)

Price: $1000 utilities included. Shared Wifi is $20 per month.

Location: Dufferin/Eglinton West, near Rogers Rd and Dufferin Street

The house is about a 2 minute walk to the 29 bus stop that will take you to Dufferin station heading south or toward Wilson station going north. It is a 15 minute walk to a No frills grocery store and a few bus stops away from Dufferin mall.

Lease Terms: The room is available February 1st 2022. Month to Month (Lease could be negotiated). A 30-60 days (1-2 months notice) if you are planning on leaving.

Required documents: Proof of Income, First and Last Month’s Rent, Roommate Agreement signed.

Accessibility info: The space is on the second floor of a house. This house would not be considered accessible as you must go up a flight of stairs in order to access the house. There are currently no grab bars in the bathroom.

Candles, Incense, and chemical cleaning products are also used at times. This is not a good space for someone with extreme sensitivity to theses.

Additional Information:

The living room is currently furnished with little space for more furniture but decorate or small items can have space made for it. .

No audible pets, unfortunately.

The unit contains a kitchen, living room and the bathroom which is shared. Laundry is available downstairs in the basement where another tenant lives and is accessible everyday until 10pm and is shared with everyone who lives in the building/house.

Smoking anything not 420 must be done outside

There is a backyard (You are welcome to plant whatever you wish). There is also an apple tree in the backyard.

There is no parking, but plenty of places to park nearby.

There is a monthly house meeting to keep up to date with each roommate’s housing needs.

Parties, sleepovers, and get-togethers are to be discussed and agreed upon collectively beforehand.
