Sherwood Park Freeway NW

The house I’m wanting to rent in Sherwood Park was built in 2017 and is located in the Emerald Hills area. It has an insulated double garage, beautiful kitchen with newer appliances, a new washer and dryer, big bedrooms with closets, a fenced backyard, decent sized deck, and an unfinished basement with plenty of room to store things.

I’m a 26 year old single female looking (preferably) for a female roomate who is responsible, clean, works full time, and will pay their share of rent on time. I’m a very active person who enjoys playing lots of sports and spending time outdoors. Would love to have a roomate that I can be friends with. I’m also very easygoing and like to have fun! I’m an elementary teacher, but right now I am working at my dad’s shop building valve bodies for transmissions.
