Wilson Street

The place is 2 to 5 minutes walk to Braid Station and Bus Stops. It is near Humes Park and neighborhood are mostly residential. The surrounding area is quiet and safe. The room is only good for 1 male student only (Preferably Asian).

• I am a male student. I prefer my housemate to be a student also. I always maintain a quiet environment so as not to disturb other tenants and to concentrate reviewing. I am not strict about cleanliness but at least maintain a decent place to live in.
