Nadine's room

We are renting out one room on the lower level of a three bedroom townhouse in Nepean. $667 per month plus utilities. The room is approx. 300 sq. ft. and was recently renovated. The room features a (non-working) gas fireplace. There’s a powder room conveniently located on the same floor. There’s a bathroom with a shower/tub on the top floor. A large kitchen with a dishwasher. The house has a gated backyard as well as a front porch. We live in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We’re about 1km south of Iris Street, approximately a 4 minute drive/15 minute walk from the Queensway where IKEA, Indigo, and Starbucks are located. A 7 minute drive from Bayshore shopping mall, Algonquin College, and Bells Corners.

We’re two sisters who are 26 and 19 years old. We’re both working full-time. We enjoy hanging out in the common spaces or to ourselves in our rooms. We consider ourselves introverts but enjoy spending time with family and friends. We love listening to music and watching tv. We like to keep things clean and tidy. We do have a kitten who is four months old and aren’t looking to get any other pets since it’s a smaller house.
