We are two mature, professional women seeking a third woman to share a beautiful, spacious house in East Mississauga, for Oct 1, 2022. Close to GoTrain, bus stop and Hwy#427. This is a unique co-housing situation in which the tenant would share a third floor that has three bedrooms with only one other person. The third bedroom would be used as a guest room or office space. The tenant will have a large private bathroom with bath and shower. A separate front entrance, the living room and dining room are shared by tow tenants and a large kitchen is shared by the three of us. There is garage parking, washer and dryer and lots of storage space.

We are friends who both want some company, as well as privacy in our living space. We are looking for a person who prefers quiet and who also wants some company. The house is thoroughly cleaned twice a month and we ask that we all keep our common spaces neat and clean. We are looking for harmony to share the house with a non-smoker; we are LGBTQ2+ friendly. We are social, but not party animals.
