Hello! I am a single mum and looking to rent the second bedroom. I have everything in the apartment. All you just have to bring is your personal things and a bed. The room is large enough to fit a queen bed, it has a big closet and 1.5 bathroom.The apartment is located close by Rundle park so can go to the park, there is no frills and bus stop outside the apartment. The rent is $680 per month all included and the damage deposit is $500. References will

I work full time and I have a baby who goes to daycare and shared with the Dad . I don’t smoke, drink.or party so finding someone similar would be beneficial. I am looking for a responsible, clean and easy going female roommate. I will prefer a working woman but a female student is welcome as well.
