Je cherche un(e) colocataire pour venir habiter avec moi dans un magnifique, nouvellement renové et flambant neuf 4 1/2 qui possède 2 balcons et est situé sur la Rue Adam à Hochelaga-Maisonneuve!

📍 Situé à 7 mins du métro Pie-IX et 3 mins de la Rue Ontario parsemée de restaurants, cafés, bars et divers magasins. 3 grands supermarchés à 5 mins de marche: Métro, Super-C et le Valmont! Pour les écolos parmis vous, vous allez ADORER faire vos course au Mega Vrac et à Terre à Soi. Et pour faire des économies, l’immense Marché de Maisonneuve reste une super option!

💵 Le loyer est de seulement $1150 en tout donc $575 par personne! Il faut juste compter l’hydro et wifi en plus (environ 50$ par mois).

🏠 L’appartement est vraiment tout nouveau donc il n’est pas encore aménagé, mais ça me ferait un grand plaisir d’entendre ton opinion sur l’aménagement et la décoration des pièces communes! Aussi, on a une laveuse et sécheuse dans l’appartement!

🐾 Les chats sont acceptés et possiblement aussi les petits chiens!

Les pièces en elles-mêmes:

🛋 Le SALON: Notre salon est une grande pièce double qui dispose d’un rangement et assez de place pour un petit espace d’étude, 2 sofas et un emplacement pour télé ou projecteur pour des soirées cinémas! Et surtout assez de place pour jouer à la VR (j’ai un casque HTC Vive que je vais apporter pour nous deux!)

👩‍🍳 La CUISINE: La star de l’appartement, notre cuisine est IMMENSE! Comme tu pourrais le voir sur la photo, il y a assez de place pour cuisiner à 2 voir à 3 et on peut facilement mettre une grande table à manger et BONUS, même assez de place pour un petit bar!

🛁 La SALLE DE BAIN: Notre salle de bain est pas si grande que ça mais il y a assez de rangement pour toutes nos affaires et on dispose d’une baignoire, ce qui est assez nice.

🛏 Ta CHAMBRE: Elle est assez grande pour un lit taille queen et une commode ou armoire, et tu as aussi un accès direct à ton propre balcon privé qui donne directement sur la Rue Adam! En plus de ça, elle dispose d’un spacieux espace de rangement au besoin.

❤ A propos de moi: Je suis Neil, étudiant Belge de 26 ans en génie logiciel et informatique, introverti mais très sociable! J’ai déjà vécu un an avec 2 colocataires (qui d’ailleurs seront nos voisins du dessous, je vais te les présenter ils sont super sympas!) donc j’ai un minimum d’expérience à ce niveau là. Sinon je suis aussi vegan depuis 4 ans, LGBTQIA+ friendly, très ouvert d’esprit et toujours partant pour sortir ou organiser des soirées/game nights entre amis!

📝 Profil recherché: Préférablement un(e) étudiant(e) qui a aussi la vingtaine, (raisonablement) propre et pas trop bruyant(e). A part ça, je suis super tolérant!

Looking for a roommate in a BRAND NEW and GORGEOUS apartment! AVAILABLE NOW!

Hey everyone!

I’m looking for a roommate willing to share a brand new, freshly renovated and gorgeous 4 1/2 apartment possessing 2 balconies and located on Rue Adam at Hochelaga-Maisonneuve!

📍 Only 7 mins away from Pie-IX subway station and merely 3 mins away from the famous Rue Ontario which is filled with restaurants, cafés, bars and various shops. 3 great supermarkets are located at a 5 mins walk distance: Métro, Super-C and Valmont! For the environmentally friendly among you, you will LOVE shopping at Mega Vrac and Terre à Soi. And for a cheaper alternative, the huge Maisonneuve local Market is also a good option!

💵 The rent is only $1150 total so $575 each! We’ll also need to pay for hydro and wifi (around 50$ per month).

🏠 The apartment is really brand new so no furnitures yet, but I’d love to hear your opinion on how we could equip and decorate the common rooms! Also, we have in-unit washing machine and dryer!

🐾 Cat friendly and possibly small dog friendly!

The rooms themselves:

🛋 The LIVING ROOM: Our living room is basically two connected rooms with a storage space and enough room for a small study area, 2 sofas and a spot for a TV or screen projector for our movie nights! And most importantly, enough room to play VR (I got a HTC Vive headset that I’ll bring along with me and that we can use!)

👩‍🍳 The KITCHEN: The star of the show, our kitchen is HUGE! As you can see on the photos, there’s enough room for 2 or 3 people to cook together and we can easily put a sizeable dining table in the middle. Bonus: There’s also enough room for a small bar!

🛁 The BATHROOM: Our bathroom isn’t that big BUT there’s enough room for all our stuff and it also has a bathtub, so we got that going for us.

🛏 Your BEDROOM: It’s spacious enough for a queen sized bed and a dresser or closet, and you also have access to your very own private balcony that gives directly on Rue Adam! On top of that, there is a big storage space if needed.

❤ About me: I’m Neil, a 26 year old Belgian student currently studying software engineering and computer science. I’m introverted but also quite sociable! I already spent a year living with 2 roommates (who happen to be our downstairs neighbors that I can happily introduce you to! They’re awesome, you’ll see!) so I can say that I have a minimum of experience in that area. Other than that, I’ve been vegan for 4 years, I’m LGBTQIA+ friendly, very open-minded and always down for a fun night out or to organize parties/game nights with friends!

📝 Wanted: If possible, a student in their twenties like I am, (reasonably) neat and not too noisy. Besides that, I’m quite open to anyone!
