Cory's room

We are subletting out one bedroom in a three-bedroom townhouse. Power, water, heat, and internet are included in the rent. It is available from November 1 until February 28.

The house is a three-floor duplex with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The top floor has the bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry.

The middle floor is shared and contains the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and access to the deck.

The garage mostly occupies the bottom floor but includes additional storage closets, a home office/gym, and another bathroom.

The house is fully furnished.

You would have space for one vehicle in the driveway (2-car), and there is plenty of room in the garage for storage. As a corner lot, the house has a larger yard than is typical on the street. Several parks and plenty of trails are nearby (one just across the street). House is 1-2km from groceries, restaurants, gyms, etc.

I am 31, male and I work full time (roughly 9-5) in marketing. I have a small dog (~20 lbs), so dog-friendly is a must; she is very friendly and well-behaved, though she can be rather timid when meeting new people.
