Start date is flexible! Length of stay flexible as well! Unfurnished second floor room available in townhouse in Greenboro/Hunt Club Park area. The rest of the home is furnished. Shared kitchen and powder room on main floor, along with dining and living room. Laundry in basement. (Previous roommate was able to fit a long dresser, double bed, nightstand, small desk, and more in the room.) Own bathroom, but will need to be shared with visitors on rare occasions. Parking in driveway, the garage can be available as well. Occasionally pet-sit my parents dog, other than that it is an animal free home.

The following are the main major house rules: No pets, no smoking smoking of any kind while inside the house, guests permitted occasionally, no overnight guests (this can be discussed!)

I am a 25 year old young professional, I own and live in the house. Looking to find a roommate to fill the extra room. I work from home most days of the week, I work from my home office, and quietly in the common areas. Looking for somebody who is neat and tidy, and who will be respectful of the house. I occasionally host friends/family for dinners/game nights/movie nights etc., but value quiet/alone time. :)
