Fireside Circle

The large basement suite is completely private, with a full, 3-piece bathroom. It comes furnished with two couches, tv, internet, queen size bed, mini-fridge and microwave. All utilities are included (heat, water, electricity, internet, cable). You’ll share the kitchen, laundry and entrance. There is easy street parking on the same block. We are in a beautiful, family-friendly neighborhood, right on a bike path. It’s only a 10 minute walk through a beautiful forested park to the local McD’s, Tim Horton’s, restaurants and more.

We are a professional couple, working from home most days. We have a 7 year old child and 4 cats. We are looking for a calm, quiet, responsible, non-smoker (no pot smoking allowed). Cats are welcome.
