One private fully furnished bedroom available, has a nice view of the city and lake. Window view looks out at the downtown with the tower straight in line with the view. Bright and sunny window view with many trees in the area. Clean, quiet and secure. Very quiet building. Shared bathroom with jet tub and galley kitchen. A parking permit is available through the city or no charge on Kingston Road at night. No parking available at the building at any time. Ten minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Kingston Road and Woodbine area. Close to transit, 15 walk to the Danforth for the trains or a quick bus ride up. Walk or ride down to Queen to catch the queen car to the downtown and the Yonge Line.

For one person, looking to further their education or to further their career in the beaches area of Toronto only. Also to enjoy the area, there’s an off leash dog park at the beach and many pubs and restaurants around to enjoy. Must be tidy and must clean up after yourself. Non smoking only. No heavy drinking. Must be respectful of the other people in the building. One quiet well behaved small dog or cat a possibility.
