I am looking for a roommate to take over the lease as of August 1st for the Master bedroom in my condo. The unit is 2bdrm/2bath so you will have your own private washroom. Utilities are included in the rent, apart from internet which we would split each month. The condo is fully furnished (apart from your room), however if you have furniture, I’m open to change. The unit also has a washer/drying and dishwasher. There is no pool or gym in the building, but there is a gym in the hotel next door which you can use for $20/month. The condo is literally next to Yonge & Dundas square so walking distance from Eaton Centre, restaurants, grocery stores, you name it. The condo is a 2 minute walk from both Queen and Dundas station.

A bit about me- I’m female, 26 and work full-time at a youth mental health agency. I’m easy going, tidy and considerate. I appreciate keeping the common areas of the condo fairly clean; your room is your prerogative, but I don’t want to feel like I have to clean up after someone when I come home. I don’t have people over often, apart from my partner, but we tend to keep to ourselves- unless you’re interested in socializing! I work nearly 6 days a week so I’m not home much during the daytime/evenings- -mostly home during the night time and on the weekend. There is no smoking inside the unit, but the condo has a balcony which you would be free to use! I do not smoke cigarettes, but I do smoke weed on occasion (not inside the unit) so if this is something you would be uncomfortable with, that may be an issue.

Non-negotiable: Rent is $1135 (utilities included- except internet) Move in date is August 1st. One year lease from move in date- with potential to renew. Single occupancy only. Sadly, there are no pets allowed.
