The room comes with a full size bed and mattress (bug free and clean), a full set of drawers, closet, side table, fan, stool, book shelf, a small drawer, mirror and an amazing wall clock decorated with led lights. The apartment is fully furnished as well where in common areas you can use the sofa, dining table and kitchen appliances. Enough storage available all over the apartment.

It is just 20 min bus ride to the University of Manitoba. Closest bus lines available are blue, route 47 etc. Excellent restaurants available nearby and also fast-food really close to the building and the Forks and the Legislature building are just 5 minute walk away.

The building has a Sauna, Squach, a gym and a pool table you can use.

Room available as soon as you can. Rent includes all utilities. A security deposit will be required. There will be just two of you in the apartment sharing it.
