Looking for a female housemate for a really nice room available in a quiet and very clean house close to UVic and downtown bus stops. This house is new inside with all modern appliances and hardwood floors and everyone takes great care of the place. Students welcome but no parties and evenings are expected to be very quiet .

We are looking for one QUIET and CLEAN housemate. Everything is included with the house; wifi, utilities and even bedding if you need it. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals and some of the other housemates are great cooks but everyone makes a big effort to keep things clean and you would be expected to also help keep things clean.

If you are used to your mom or other people picking up after you, do not even bother to apply here. If you like to talk on the phone at 11 pm, do not contact us! If you are sick of noisy, dirty or just creepy roommates then this is the place for you!

Everyone here is really friendly, respectful and clean. We don’t allow parties or even overnight guests other than for special occasions. We have a few simple rules like keeping things clean and quiet at night.

If you are interested please write to us and tell us about yourself. There is a $300 deposit to reserve the room and we use the bank Interac E-Transfer so people have a legal record of their deposit and rent. Too many scams out there asking for cash!

There are 4 other girls staying in the house ranging in age from 20’s to 30’s. Some are students, some are working, some are both. They are all quiet and clean and like to keep the house that way
