This is an above ground basement suite. All renovated three bedroom suite, with only one other occupant. Looking for quiet, employed/or student roommate to share the place.

I am a semi retired security guard, I keep to myself, won’t be a bother, just have a bigger space with three bedrooms so thought I would rent one of the rooms.
