this is a 3 bedroom apartment located on regina street. 5 min walk from laurier, close to grocery stores and other amenities. there is 1 bathroom, which would mostly be shared between two bedrooms (except for the shower), a beautiful kitchen (includes - fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven). a common area with a couch and a tv. the building has a gym, basketball court, volleyball court, study room, laundry room. everything is included except for hydro, which would be split between roommates.

there are 2 rooms available, i would be the 3rd. I am a second year laurier kin student. In my spare time I like going to the gym, hanging with friends and partying.. only sometimes.
