Brigadier Court

Brigadier Court is a quiet street nearby to where Larry Uteck Boulevard meets the Bedford Highway. A 10 minute walk from the house can get you to a couple different restaurants, a convenience store, the Cabin Lake walking trail, and stops for bus routes 8, 90, 91, and 93.

The house itself is a 3-bedroom townhouse with 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Common areas include the kitchen/living room/dining room, a downstairs rec room, a large balcony, and the backyard. We might need the garage for car parking in the winter if you are bringing a car, but otherwise that will be a shared space as well. We are still in the process of deciding how to use these spaces. The rec room could become a fitness/dancing space, hangout spot, study room… we’re still working out the plan. We have some basic furniture moved in, and a few more things to bring in as needed.

There are three of us who just started moving in. Two are recent grads, and we are all working professionals. We are all 22 year olds who are very health-focused and active.
