Meghan's room

Small room to rent in a really great 2 bedrom in Fernwood. Large patio and tons of natural light and in suite laundry, on the #22 bus route. Some furniture can be rearranged, but you will need your own bed (or we can work something out). It’s an old quirky building, but it has character and the neighborhood is amazing. I’m not in a rush to rent this out because I really need the perfect fit. These are some non-negotiables:

-Must love my dog, haha (but, sorry, no more pets). Preference and/or a break on rent could be given to someone who can help with taking her out from time to time.

-I am sober - I don’t require you to be sober, but this is by no means a party household. I live a quiet, low-key life. Socializing is fine, with mutual respect. I am an early to bed, early riser.

-Ideally you don’t come with a ton of stuff. I have a full house and kitchen and am happy to share. I don’t have a ton of storage space available.

All utilities and wifi are included (and Apple TV with streaming). Parking is first come first serve but there’s usually lots of options. I am open to different options for length of lease.

Early 30s, single female (she/her). I work full time downtown Monday to Friday. I like to keep active (involved in the running community). I am pretty independent and introverted. I am totally open to spending time with a roommate if it’s the right fit, but I really value my own space and time. I would like to chat and get to know each other, FaceTime, etc., and then see if it’s a good fit to meet in person and see the space. LGBTQ+ friendly as well. Introduce yourself :)
