This house is perfect for someone looking for drama-free people in a quiet family orientated neighborhood (Hard drugs, and large parties are unacceptable). We are a couple in our late twenties and work in Chilliwack as an engineer and the other one is a business owner. We do not discriminate but will require you to answer a few questions, as we are looking for like-Move-individuals. Please note that we are moving into this house on Oct 1, and we are organizing and welcoming roomates ASAP. The house will be unfurnished, so you will need to understand that we will only be able to provide basic features in the common area, but will accumulate things within the first month. You are welcome to bring your own things into the common area.

Amenities include, Non-furnished, month-to-month okay. Move in Nov 1st. This house is super comfortable and modern with high ceilings, it’s only a few years old and it’s been recently renovated. We’ve got all NEW appliances: NEW washer, dryer, dish washer, and fridge! All new and everything is mint.

We are looking for someone responsible and clean, as we are all professionals in this house. You will be responsible for cleaning your room, rotating to clean the main washroom and clean up after yourself in the common area. We may hire a cleaning service every three months, to make you happy with the cleanliness.

There will only be street parking but we have decent amount of storage.
