This is a 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom basement suite in East Vancouver - Close to Renfrew skytrain station, 99 B-line bus stop and walking distance to Commercial Drive and Trout Lake! The room is small - Would fit a twin bed and minimal furniture, or a double bed with not much else. Has a big closet for extra storage!

Rent includes wifi, and utilities, laundry is shared with the upstairs landlords. Lease ends in May 2023.

Hi! I’m Mya, I am currently a first year student at Capilano University. I am fun, outgoing and also love coming home to a clean and welcoming space. I’d love to become good friends with whoever I find to be my roommate. I love cooking, music, and movie nights. I was in a long term relationship that abruptly ended (hence the search for a roommate) and didn’t get to explore the city or make many friends this past year. I can’t wait to get to know someone new. Would love a fellow female student to explore the city with!
