Simone's room

One room available in a lovely, bright, spacious, newly-renovated 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house. Includes washer/dryer and a full kitchen. The house has a spacious backyard and a deck. It is situated in the Quadra and Mckenzie area. Less than 10 minute walk to Saanich Centre shopping area which includes a grocery store and drugstore. 6 minute walk to the bus stop for the 26, which goes directly to UVic. House is fully furnished, but the bedroom will be unfurnished.

We are Simone and Naomi. We have been roommates already for a year and get along well. Simone is a full time 4th year psychology student at UVic and Naomi is working full time as a research technician. We are moving into a 3-bedroom house and looking for someone to fill the 3rd room! We are friendly and creative, like to cook, watch TV, and do yoga. We’re looking for someone like-minded. We like to keep a tidy home and respect each others’ space, share in chores, and value proactive communication. We’re in our early twenties and looking for a roommate in a similar age range.
