Two story, modern, house in new subdivision. Laundry facilities and nice walk to trail system. Located within a 15 minute bike ride from downtown Collingwood and a 15 minute drive to Blue Mountain. Lovely new kitchen and walkout deck to enjoy small garden.

Single, active, retired woman looking for a short term rental to try out a room mate. I do have 3 adult children with a grandson who will occasionally come to visit. Also, I do have a partner living in Toronto, who comes on weekends too.
