Room and private bathroom with bathtab available in gorgeous family townhouse in Bridlewood, Kanata. Looking for respectable, friendly, mature and clean individual. Students are welcome.

Must be clean, no parties or overnight guests. Must be ok with Dogs.

This is a smoke free home so no smoking or weed.

Fully furnished ( Furniture is currently being replaced and the room will have a queen sized bed, desk, chair). Big closet is attached. Room is 9 feet x 12 feet

We are adding new furniture, so the interior pictures with new furniture can be provided after October 15th.

Great location and neighborhood, very close to parks, superstore , metro, shoppers, Starbucks, bus stops.

Street parking available.

All utilities included: High speed internet, hydro, water, gas, shared kitchen, shared washer and dryer

Last month deposit required.
