Abbas's room

Unfurnished open basement available in a quiet neighbourhood. Minutes walk from both lakes. Close access to convenience store, coin laundry, bus stop. Basic home gym available in the garage , with a rack, bar, weights, bench and some bands. Nice big backyard to relax/BBQ in. 1 parking spot available. 1 full bathroom will be available for your sole use only. Basement also comes with a nice HD projector and projector screen and surround sound system if you ever want to have a movie night!

With the basement room, please note that I will need access to the laundry room at least once a week. I do also have a medium sized room on the top floor, which I plan on using as my home office (which is currently in the basement). However, if you wish to rent the room upstairs, instead of the basement, I am willing to rent that out for $850.

Utilities will be included in the rent.

Owner (myself) will be living in the house. I am a Muslim, so pork, alcohol and drugs are a no-go sorry. I am very respectful, relaxed and easy going person. I also have a very friendly, funny and loving cat, who is free to roam inside the house (you can close your bedroom door).
