Simon's room

I own the house and would like a roomate. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ( only 1 with shower) single attach. I am keeping one bedroom for storage. The area is safe and family oriented. There is a bus stop right in front of the house. I have a fenced backyard with a little shed. I have one parking unless you have a very small car, maybe both will fit. If not you can park on the street around.

I’m a single guy 27 years old, I work at 17 wing base. I dont make party house party, i am a quiet person. I am in the basement most of the time. I do like to go out. I’m allergic to cat but i love dogs. I am french.
