Hello everyone! We’re looking for a 4th female roommate in a newly renovated 4 bed 2 bath house in wynchwood park.
Available from oct 15th for a 1-year lease!
Rent: 1150$/mo (utilities included with in unit washer and dryer)
Location: Arlington avenue 5 minute walk from st Clair avenue W and 20 minute walk from st Clair W subway station.
You’d be living in the lower level which comes with its own kitchen and full bathroom.
About the roomies
We’re looking for someone who’s also a student who’s respectful of common areas and likes to keep the place clean.
About Us: We’re 3 female second year students at york and ryerson university. We’re all very easy going and get along with everyone so we’d be happy to go out and do stuff together or if you like to stick to yourself more that’s fine too😊
