Katie's room

I am currently looking to rent a room in my house. The room is located in the basement (lots of natural light), where someone would have their own personal bathroom as well as a second, private living area that they can have for themselves. The backyard is very private with 3 storage sheds and a fire pit. The only thing that would need to be shared with me, (27 f), is the kitchen and laundry.

The bedroom and second living area is currently furnished. Bedroom includes a bed, night stand, and shelf for storage. The living room has a couch and coffee tables. These can be removed if someone intends to bring their own furniture.

Right now only I am living at this location with my dog and two cats. My dog is very quiet and well behaved (not to mention cute!), and so are two of my cats.

I am a 27 year old professional working female. I enjoy a quiet, laid back lifestyle–I’m looking for someone similar to me.
