Hey! The apartment is located downtown so very accessible to bus routes has good walking distances between polo and the forks, we’re close by university of Winnipeg. The apartment is newly built and very modern and comfortable we have an incredible view and have a corner suite. Thick walls, laundry, large spaces, tall ceilings, pet friendly.

Hi! I’m jay I’m very energetic and super busy all the time, I work and go to school. I have a bit of ocd so I love cleaning not to the extreme tho LOL- My interests are gaming, writing, and cooking! I’m a bit awkward at first but overtime will lighten up. I do occasionally drink but never party, I like going to clubs then coming home to sleep.

Kiana is very quiet and keeps to herself, she likes joking around and is a very lively person when wanted but also likes to just sit and enjoy the quietness. She’s very clean also and is just a nice person , she likes her boundaries.
