I have multiple room types available but only really looking for one roomate to move in. There is an inground pool and swim spa in the back yard.

I’m a 32 year old professional and bachelor with a 5 year old golden retriever. Bought the 6 bedroom 4 bathroom house in December 2021 and am deciding to potentially rent one of the rooms or the half or whole basement out to the right person.

1100 is based on the whole basement which is a 2 bedroom apartment basically minus a kitchen. Prices are negotiable and I welcome interviews to come check out what ever rooms fit.
