You get 2 immaculate sun-filled rooms, 1 bedroom + 1 office/sitting room on the 2nd floor of a shared modern house with 3 other roommates. We are 2 males and 1 female, all working professionals, mid to late twenties. We all have a good amount of space to ourselves, but also like to have some drinks together and hangout sometimes. We are looking for 1 roommate, note more than 1.

These rooms are a perfect work-from-home setup. Great for professional who prefers to live 15 minutes from urban core. Peaceful neighbourhood minutes from downtown, without the traffic and congestion. Nearest bus stop is less than a minute walk and takes you to Ossington station within 5 minutes.

I used 1 as my bedroom and 1 as my office. Both rooms have double sized closets. Both rooms are comfortable sizes for Toronto. I had a king sized bed in the larger room. Photos of the rooms show them furnished but they are unfurnished now.

The second floor bathroom is shared with the female roommate.

Shared sleek modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, gas stove, spacious fridge, microwave. Shared bright breakfast area with walk out to deck. Sizable pantry. Spacious dining room. Large open space living room (in addition to your private sitting/office room). Front porch on our quiet street of mostly families is great for a relaxing coffee, drink, meal or book. We also have a back deck with a natural gas BBQ (no buying propane!) and space for a small garden. Garage space available for bike storage or car (to be discussed).

Great neighbourhood! Our house backs up to a beautiful parkette and green space with 3 other parks in walking distance including Wychwood Park. It is steps to cafes, bistros, boutiques, restaurants on Geary Avenue and Christie pits. LCBO, gym, Loblaws are within walking distance.

House has heat, AC, central vacuum and shared laundry in basement. Utilities and internet are extra ((<$100 approx. for shared utilities)). We have an amazing internet plan so rest assured you will be fine if you need to work from home. No pets.
