Landlords prefer college students!! Preferably a female roommate though not dead set on it.

The room available is in a 2 bedroom basement suite, with laundry on site, wifi, parking, and utilities all included in rent. The room is partially below ground level, with a window higher up. The room for rent has a walk in closet. It is in a family oriented neighborhood, so lots of little ones around, as well as it is close to UFV, and has multiple bus routes within walking distance. The entrance is a private entrance down the left side of the house, with a small patio area outside the door. Pet friendly depending on the animal! No smoking on property whatsoever!!

I am a 21 year old educational assistant, I live here with my two cats, Oreo and Princess, and I’ve lived here for over two years! Sadly my current roommate is moving, so the room is once again becoming available. I’m pretty quiet for the most part, I like to chill in my room or hang out with the kitties. I use edibles, though I do not drink or smoke due to health issues. I also have a lot of allergies so I need a roommate who can be clean, and cautious when it comes to things I’m allergic to! Loving cats is also mandatory, Princess will not have it any other way. I have to be up early on weekdays, so if late night party’s are your vibe sadly it wouldn’t work out. Looking for someone responsible, who will equally contribute to the household.
