Stephanie's room

The unit is located in the Beaches neighbourhood. It is the upstairs of a semi-attached house. Neighbours are very friendly and quiet. You’ll be staying in the primary bedroom which has a good sized closet that includes shelving and hanging space.

Internet is included. There is no access to cable tv but a Netflix account comes with tenancy.

Eat in kitchen with skylight and two picture sized windows. Great view of the ravine. Lots of pantry storage.

Shared bathroom with lots of storage. Recently updated paint job and light fixtures and most importantly GREAT water pressure.

Walking distance to transit (above and below the street). Lots of grocery stores, health and wellness facilities (including the new YMCA), salons (hair and nail), coffee shops and green space.

Less than 5 min walk to the water.

There is a separate unit downstairs with quiet tenant.

I am a friendly, tidy working professional. I work in the health and fitness space so I do my best to lead by example and prioritize a healthy lifestyle which includes: sleep, exercise, low stress lifestyle and healthy food. I am very clean, tidy and keep a relatively quiet household.

Some of my interests include listening to music, podcasts, exercise, creating art, enjoying walks in the beach. I am particularly interested in personal finance and am working towards F.I.R.E (financial freedom). Major bonus if you’re interested in this as well.

My typical week revolves around, working, exercise and then coming home to recover for the next day. I love to food prep on the weekend to ensure that I start the week with my best foot forward.

With whatever free time I have left I am generally looking for cool ways to enjoy the outdoors.

I highly value being in a safe space, comfortable and are looking to live with one roomie at this time. If you searching for more than one person, this will not be the property for you.
