Livy's room

1. This is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom, 3 stories new townhouse.
2. I’m a UTSC student living with my boyfriend in one bedroom, and we take another room as a study room. Your bedroom will be on the other side of the house facing south with plenty of sunshine on the 3rd floor.
3. You have good privacy since the rooms are separate from the south and north side of the house. And you will have your own bathroom.
4. This is a brand new house with quality furnitures you can use in the shared area, and you will have a desk in your room. You will need your own bed.
5. We prefer no pet, but cat is acceptable.
6. Short term lease is fine.
7. The location is close to Markham Stouffville Hospital with many buses and one or two bus stations (route 25, 406 ) are super close (minutes walk).
8. We ask for $1200 per month and all utilities included, and wifi too.

We are quiet, neat and disciplined young people and we prefer you are the same.
