Hespeler Road

Unit is a two bedroom apartment on Hespeler road, but has a nice view of a small conservation zone and a friendly community. Close to anything and everything, even for a walker. 14 foot balcony is accessible all year round except for a few weeks sometime in the next few months since the whole building is having them redone. Overall it’s a lovely place on the fourth floor (there is an elevator) and I’m doing what I can to improve it without fundamentally changing its design, though it’s not fully done yet.

It’s just me in the unit but the building is full of mostly retirees and young families. Friendly and helpful service from the landlord and resident handyman in times of need. I myself am called Ian, I’m 22 and work in renovations when I can. Otherwise I’m here, improving the place and seeking my long-lost education. I’m friendly, if not downright affable, enjoy reading, writing, cooking, music and learning just about anything that doesn’t involve numbers. Respectful of boundaries yet eager to get to know the people in my life, I’ll hang out, share experimental meals, or just leave you alone if that’s more your speed. Place is as well-kept as it can be whilst still being a haphazard construction zone at times.
