Tenant in basement is fantastic! This individual works in law enforcement, very friendly and professional. Kitchen and laundry is shared, however she rarely utilizes kitchen :)
Enjoy the freedom of a house for less than what you would typically pay! This rental is $1,600 and includes Heat, water and power. Cable and internet will need to be arranged on a cost share basis. Pets negotiable. Security Deposit same as rent.
