There is a fairly spacious backyard and a deck on the front and the back. Located 10 minutes from both Polo Park and downtown and close to lots of stores. If you have a pet there is a pet deposit required as well for $350. Utilities are not included in the rental price but it will not be high since bills are split three ways. ADDED ON: I am moving out for a few months (Likely 4 months but I am flexible on my return date) and would like to rent out my room as well! If interested, this would be a furnished room with a brand new mattress and there would be no damage or pet deposit due on the basis of staying for 4-6 months instead of signing a year lease.
