The location: Close to the fire station at Baseline and Woodroffe, minutes walk to College Square and all its shopping/groceries, 1 min drive to highway for car access anywhere that goes! Backing onto NCC land with no rear neighbours. Right beside NCC biking/walking trails. 1-block walk to park with outdoor ice rink in winter.

Rent: $995 Rent includes all utilities (hydro water gas), 500 Mbps fibre internet. It also includes some shared condiments, basic laundry detergent, soap, dishwasher tabs, kitchen towel, TP, etc. All areas other than your room are already furnished.

Meet the house-mates:

• I live in the main floor bedroom. I am an ambivert who spends most of my time either out of the house at work as a paramedic, doing acroyoga or seeing friends. Much of my time at home is spent sleeping or at my computer. My partner visits often to hang out together.
• 30s male, ambivert, works in trades and performs in a band, though does not practice at home. He also enjoys playing golf. Most of his time at home is spent in his room.
• 20s male, in teacher’s college, so mostly away M-F daytimes. Most of his time at home is spent in his room.
• 3 year old Australian Shepherd - at home one of every two weeks. Extremely energetic and playful, she is a bundle of joy! Barks at cats, asking them if they want to play, as most good doggos do.
• Sister kittens from the same litter, Luna and Michi are almost 3 years old. They enjoy playing, snuggling, and meowing for food to anyone who will listen. When left alone at home while I go to my long shifts, they will often go to a roommate to ask for attention and love.
