Buick Boulevard

Hello, I am looking for two or three room mates to share a detached house with. The house has 3 levels and the rooms are on the third upper level. There is lots of space and natural sunlight in the rooms. The house is furnished, the rooms are not. There’s a private backyard, shared laundry, living room, kitchen and shared bathroom. There is also an unfinished basement for extra storage. All utilities included such as heat, water, electricity and unlimited internet. Unfortunately there is only one parking space which I have occupied. There is parking available up the street, if you don’t mind, roommates have parked there in the past. It’s a lovely and safe neighborhood, the house is clean and new, hoping to keep it that way with my new roomies. Buses, parks and grocery stores are within walking distance. One room can be shared with two people for $1200 monthly.

I live with two other roommates currently (brother and sister) who are moving on Oct 31. I lived with them for 4 years, lovely people. I occupy the master bedroom and they each had private rooms and shared a bathroom. Everyone was functional and went smoothly. We all shared the responsibility of the home such as maintenance. I pay extra for parking and the master bedroom. I work a lot, only home in the evenings and weekends. I’m polite and outgoing, I also like to cook and I clean up after myself. The space is cozy, I don’t want to leave but I’m hoping to find some roomies to Bunk with me!
