I am a full time, young professional, employed with the County of Grey who has a room available for rent in Meaford. I live in a very quiet neighbourhood, with lots of green space and the majority of my neighbours are seniors. You will have a separate bathroom and laundry machines on site. Utilities are not included but I am willing to let you use my high speed internet plan at no cost. Free parking is available. Beautiful Joe Park, Downtown Meaford and Georgian Bay are walking distance away. All amenities, shops, restaurants, access to Grey Transit bus route and hospital are nearby. 10 min drive to Thornbury/Clarksburg, 20 min drive to Blue Mountains, Owen Sound or Beaver Valley / Grey Highlands (Kimberley). Note - Most towns/communities are easily accessed from my place on the Grey Transit bus route.
