200 sqft private room (currently unfurnished) with full bathroom plus parking in a very spacious shared townhouse in Vaughan (Weston and Major Mackenzie). Shared kitchen. Close to hospital, shopping centres, highway, and trails.

Looking for quiet and clean housemate. I am a single father and my kids are here part time. They are very well behaved. I’m a quiet and private person, friendly, but tend to keep to myself when my kids aren’t around. Female housemate preferred. No smokers, no pets.
