Pine Street

The lovely quiet bedroom with double bed and full ensuite bathroom (shower) is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful, grand Victorian house and B&B in historic downtown Brockville. Our roomie will have access to spacious kitchen, lounge, terrace, pool and hot tub. Price includes furniture, bedding, towels, hydro, gas, water, AC, heat, wifi, small fridge, coffee machine, Netflix and a few channels provided by a smart TV. Possible parking to be discussed.

Current roomies include: Owners who are away about half the time (to 2nd home), one female tenant, and occasional B&B guests (one couple at time, typically). We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, quiet, and very clean (for all rooms as well as own). Roomie can have a guest on occasion, with prior approval of owners, but no pets. Owners do have a dog.
