Karyn's room

I am currently renting a cute 3 bedroom bungalow, looking to rent out one of the rooms to a respectful, clean, and hopefully like minded person. The house is located in the Nepean area, very close to the Ikea. Acres to The front and backyard spaces, parking included, located very close to public transit, gorgeous walking paths, grocery stores, Algonquin college and much more. The room available for rent looks out into the backyard, which has lots of trees, quite private. The room size is approximately 11’ x 9’.

My name is Karyn. I am in my mid 30’s and have a 14 year old dog named Lucy. I have lived in this area for about 2 1/2 years now. I am a fun and friendly person who likes to cook and entertain from time to time, but also very much value my own space and time. I am hoping to find a likeminded person to live with. I come from a large family, and enjoy playing music, whenever I can find / make the time for it. I have a good career working as a sales rep, which takes me out of time from time to time.
