Joseph's room

This is a 3 story house freshly finished last summer, in an area that is all brand new. The zone feel really safe. We have a garage with lots of storage space, 4 rooms total, a HUGE livingroom and kitchen will all new appliances. Central furnace provide clean air at all time as well as AC and heat. We currently have 1 room available 1st of november, it cost 750$ plus appliances (appliance is around 125$-150$ per month). You are welcome to use the storage space in the garage or use the space for woodworking hobbies like I do, as it is mostly empty right now. We demand a depot of 1 month in advance, that will cover your last month with us.

Me and my girlfriend Sandra are recently arrived in the area. Sandra is Chillian and study in hospitality currently, and work part time. Im sound engineer french canadian. We are quiet and clean but open to party every once in a while if that floats your boat, as long as you clean after ;).
