About the room
We are looking for a female/male tenant to renting out our basement (2 beds, 1 bath) from Nov 1st. Utilities are inclusive. We are located in the seaside community in Royal Bay, Colwood. A 8 minutes walk from bus stop and ~20 mins walk to RRU. You will be sharing the house with me and my partner. We are in our mid 20s and are working professionals. We prefer a quite and a mature female/male. Street parking.
Note: Unfortunately, no pets allowed in the building. No party allowed.

You will be sharing the basement with another room mate. I work as a nurse and my husband also works in the health care field. We are quite and mature people.
