Located in Sardis West Vedder Rd area of Sardis. Morningside is within walking distance to Cottonwood Mall, Safeway, Chilliwack Mall, Artisan Gallery, banks, restaurants, and shopping. 8 minutes drive to UFV Chilliwack campus, close to Real Canadian Superstore, Evans Elementary School, Sardis Elementary School, transit and walking trails. The complex has an easy access to Trans-Canada Hwy1 via Vedder Rd. This complex is adult-oriented with age restriction 19+. Two pets are allowed. Feature in-suite laundry, gas fireplace, a lot of storage space, patio. No noise after 10 pm. The complex features wheelchair access, workshop, meeting room, library and secured underground parking.

My roommate and friend of 7 years is finally moving out so I’m looking for somebody to replace him. I’m 33 years old, and while an extra income to help pay my mortgage would be nice, I don’t really need a roommate, so I’m going to be picky about anybody I choose.

I’m very easy going, I’m quiet most of the time and work 50 hours a week. I’m not a overbearing clean freak, but I definitely would expect any room mate to help clean up around the house.

As far a pets are concerned, I’m willing to be open to the possibility, but I’d have to discuss it. I’d prefer a roommate that doesn’t smoke, but I’m not obstinately against it. No parties, but I don’t care if you have a few friends over now and then.

I’m pretty willing to share stuff, and buy take out for dinner on the weekends. I also have a weight set you could use if you feel like it.

Basically I’m just looking for somebody drama free, reliable, and who won’t cause me any headaches that I can hang out with day to day.
