Hi, this is a two bed one bath apartment that was just recently rented. I am a 19 year old (female) student who is looking for a roommate who is also around the same age and is female. There is one room available immediately. The rent is $720 and tenant insurance is $15 each, so altogether the rent is $735 each. All utilities are covered including AC, Heat, Water, Electricity, and Wifi. There is only one parking stall which is taken by my car, an extra parking spot is an extra fee which can be discussed, but if you take the bus it is easily accessible by the many bus stops. It is only a 7-8 minute drive away from the University of Regina and is in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. There is an entertainment room and gym downstairs on the main floor for anyone to use!! It is a great apartment and only a 3-minute drive to the south Walmart on Gordon. Has a garbage chute, so you don’t have to leave your floor to throw your garbage out. Includes a nice balcony.

It is a 6 months lease at this time. After 6 months, it can be changed to a month-to-month lease.

One time fee for the rest of the Security Deposit is required.

And credit check score for approval is required.

Paid laundry. Laundry on every floor, and can be used on any floor. $2.25 for washing and drying.

Pet fee: $25 per month.

Absolutely No smoking, No drinking.

It’s a quiet and peaceful part if the city (in the south) it’s close to the university, close to stores and is honestly a great location overall.
