house is in a brand new complex with strata rules that must be respected there is parking and some storage.

I am a mature woman that’s easy going but needs her space and privacy I do not smoke or do drugs and only occasionally drink alcohol and hardly ever do it at home. I live in a clean home and expect it to stay that way even your own personal space must be kept clean This room would be ideal for a working person or a student it’s a clean safe house and want it to be your sanctuary as well as mine.
