About the room
One room for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment located on 326 Erb St. West. (Unfurnished for the most part) Lease term: Nov. 1, 2022 - May. 30, 2023 (This could be discussed and modified) First and Last Month Required Please read description below:
No Pets. Roomate is moving out so looking for a new roomate. Any cat related items you see in the pictures are for his cat and he will be taking the cat with him so no pets will be in the apartment by the time you move in. Place will be mostly unfurnished, although I am planning on getting some new furniture (coach, living room table, chairs, etc). Some cooking utensils included although more will be needed. Laundry in building. Parking is available at only 25$/month. Utilities are included except for internet.

About the roomies
About me: I am a 25 year old mechanical engineer. I work a hybrid schedule and go to the office about 3 times a week the other 2 days I am at home. I’m Latino originally from Nicaragua and have been living in Canada for over 5 years now. I like sports and going to the gym. I like hang out with friends on weekends but also enjoy relaxing at home.
