Me too! The entire top floor of my townhouse is available to rent (one person preferred), plus sharing the rest of the house. Located in Don Mills with easy access to TTC bus routes.

Your top floor fully-furnished suite includes: large bedroom, 3-piece bathroom, den/lounge, dry kitchenette and balcony. (Kitchenette is ideal for breakfast and lunch, the main kitchen is for cooking and baking).

Plus, you will share the common areas of the house: the main floor kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and back patio.

$1400 + parking. Rent includes heat, hydro, water, WIFI & laundry - just bring your own phone and streaming accounts!

Minimum rental 3 months. Signed rental agreement

About Us: We are easy-going people looking for a roommate. I’m a single mom who works full-time, 3 days at home, 2 days in the office. My son is a typical teenager in grade 10 who loves gaming. We are fully vaccinated, friendly, quiet, and low-key. We have two cats and love to travel.

Please note: We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the house, and we ask you to restrict the use of scents such as perfumes and incense due to family allergies.
